1 - choose and buy

• choose a gift experience from our range of interesting gifts.
• if you need help or inspiration contact us - our team will be delighted to guide you.
• contact us to purchase your gift.
• Don't forget you can enjoy our gift experiences yourself too!

2 - we send you the gift by post

• we send the gift in a presentation envelope with all the necessary information so that the recipient can make the reservation.
• if you prefer we can send the gift directly to the recipient.
• we normally send our gifts by ordinary post within Spain. If you need it quickly we can send it by courier - please ask for details. Similarly we can deliver outside Spain - please ask for details.

3 - reserve the activity

• the participant contacts us and we arrange a date and time to enjoy the activity.
• we send the participant confirmation of the reservation with all necessary information to carry out the activity.
