What do you get
Before going underground, a qualified and experienced mountain sports technician prepares participants with the necessary equipment (harness, front, helmet) and explains their use while performing the safety briefing .
Once prepared, the cave is accessed by a narrow crack in the rock. Soon we arrive at the larger passage, we descend and climb along the route according to the obstacles we encounter. We will also go down to a well, about 7 meters high, with the help of electron ladders. The most intrepid and daring will have the opportunity to access narrower, and very fun passages!
Exciting, right?
No experience is required, since the level of difficulty is low. In addition, in case you need it, a professional will help you face obstacles and work as a team. It is a perfect activity to perform as a team, friends, family, even with children who end up being the most adventurous and curious.

Clothing
Wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes. In cold season, thermal clothing is advisable if possible.
Special Conditions
The participant must comply with the following at the time of the activity:
- Do not suffer from heart or bone ailments, from dislocations in the upper or lower extremities, have no problems in the spine or suffer from epilepsy.
- Not being pregnant.
- There is no weight limit, but the participant must be able to enter the harness.
- The minimum age is 8 years. Minors need written authorisation from the father, mother or guardian, and be accompanied by one of them.
- It is not necessary to have previous experience to perform this activity
- The activity is carried out with a minimum number of 3 participants in the group.
Weather conditions
For security reasons, sometimes the activity cannot be carried out on the due date due to weather conditions. If the activity cannot be started, an alternative date will be offered.
