Clothing material
The helmet is required by Law , necessary for your safety and to make the route. You can bring your helmet, otherwise you can hire it in the activity centre on the day of the route.
We recommend comfortable and reflective clothing, sunglasses, water, energy bar, small backpack and gloves.
Special conditions
- It is essential to show your ID, NIE or passport.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
- Children under 14 must meet the requirements to ride an electric mountain bike and have a minimum height of 1.50m. Otherwise, they will do the activity with a bicycle without pedalling assistance. BTT electric bicycles have pedalling assistance, and to handle it properly, and safely, it is necessary to meet a series of requirements that depends on experience, skill and dexterity.

Carro-bici is an approved bike trailer in which you can transport up to two children, between 12 months and 5 years. The weight accepted by the trailer is a maximum of 45Kg. This experience does not include this service, but you can hire it in the activity centre. The approximate price is 10€, for more information contact us.

Occasionally, due to security reasons, the activity can not be carried out on the expected date due to weather conditions. If the activity can not be started, an alternative date will be offered.
