How do I place an order?

Simply make your choice from our range of Spanish experiences, click on the 'Buy' button and fill out the checkout form provided. If you're buying a gift you can also include the recipient's name and add a personal message.

Once you're happy with the details of your order you'll be asked to make payment using debit or credit card. As soon as we’ve processed your order, we'll send your experience voucher directly to your email.

When will I receive my voucher?

If you place your order BEFORE 18:00 from Monday to Friday, you'll receive it the very same day. If we receive your payment AFTER 18:00, your order will be sent the next working day.

What are your customer service opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. Our telephone lines are closed Saturdays, Sundays, Spanish national holidays as well as local and regional holidays in Valencia and the Valencian Community.

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How do I order more than one experience at the same time?

If you want to buy two or more of the same experience, you can increase or decrease the quantity using the drop down box next to the 'Buy' button. If you would like to buy two or more completely different experiences at the same time, please get in touch with on +34 963810761 or and we'll send you a special link which will allow you to do this.

I can't open the document that you have emailed me. Can you help?

All of the documents we send via email are in PDF format. To view them you will need to install a PDF viewer. There are many free programs that allow you do to this, one of the most popular is ADOBE ACROBAT, which can be downloaded from here.

My voucher is about to expire and I haven't completed my experience yet. What are my options?

Get in touch with us before your voucher expires on +34 963810761 or email and you'll have the option of extending your voucher for a further 6 months.

The cost of the extension is €30 (plus any increment to the price of the experience that has taken place since the date of purchase).

Please bear in mind that we are only able to extend the expiry date once, and are unable to allow any voucher extensions once the original expiry date has passed.
