Our sommelier describes it as a Wine Tour because prior to the tasting you will enjoy a cultural tour around some of the most emblematic places in Valencia. You will walk through the network of narrow streets of the historic center while learning interesting facts related to wine and traditional and local drinks. Special places such as the Cathedral, the tower of Santa Catalina and some of the squares with their particularities.
Finally, you will enjoy what you where really looking forward to: the tasting of 4 wines with their corresponding pairing accompanied and directed by a certified sommelier in one of the best taverns in the city. Of course, all the wines that you will taste are from the Valencia region, from different local varieties.
As a wine taster, you will be in charge of tasting the wines to find their nuances, sensations, smells... accompanied by some delicious tapas. The best way to get to know Valencian wines and get closer to their culture
