Discover the hidden corners of one of the world's great cities with a guided Segway tour of Barcelona.
This wonderful tour allows you to experience the sights and sounds of Barcelona at a fun (yet leisurely) pace, leaving you plenty of energy for eating, drinking and sampling the city's famous nightlife.
Our friendly guides are fully trained and passionate about their home city, so you can expect to hear lots of interesting facts and anecdotes along the way. And if you've never ridden a Segway before, don't worry, the activity begins with a 5 minute mini "training session", to make sure you feel completely comfortable before you start.
There are four different routes to choose from:
- On the 60 minute route you'll explore the delightful Park of Ciutadella, with its many fascinating monuments, such as the chapel, the pavilions from the Universal Exhibition of 1888 and the impressive Cascada Fountain, co-designed by Antonio Gaudi.
- The 90 minute route begins with the tour of the Park of Ciutadella and continues along the edge of the trendy Born barrio before reaching Port Vell - the city's historic port area. You'll then head to the Park of Barceloneta before returning to the starting point.
- The 2 hour route will take you on a tour of the Barrio Gótico (the Gothic Quarter), whose narrow, atmospheric streets still preserve their medieval character. Next you'll continue to the city's sea front: the promenade, the fishing neighbourhood of Barceloneta, the beach, the Port and the Olympic Village.
- The 3 hour route sets out from the Arc de Triomf and begins with an exploration of the Park of Ciutadella before continuing with a full tour of the city's ports and beaches: the historic port of Port Vell, the sea front promenade, the Columbus Monument, the old fishing quarter, Hotel W, the beach of Barceloneta, and the Olympic Port and Village.
You'll never want to do "sightseeing" the old fashioned way again!
