The dazzling blue waters of Valencia's Marina are perfect for this introduction to the addictive world of Paddle Surf.
Paddle Surf, also known as SUP (Stand Up Paddle), began as an offshoot of surfing and involves standing on a board and navigating through the water using a paddle.
As well as being lots of fun, it also offers health benefits such as strengthening your muscles and improving balance and coordination.
The secret is to relax as much as possible. With a little practice you'll soon be gliding smoothly across the water like a pro!
And when you're ready for a rest, you can just lie back on the board and enjoy the feeling of the soft Mediterranean breeze on your skin!
One of our favourite experiences to enjoy during the sunny Spanish spring or summer!
