Enjoy the thrill of a tandem skydive in the majestic setting of Castilla-La Mancha.
Our skydiving centre in Lillo (Toledo) is located deep in the heart of Old Spain, in Castilla-La Mancha, whose wide open plains provide the perfect backdrop to an unforgettable experience.
A tandem skydive is by far the safest and simplest option for first time jumpers. No previous experience is necessary and you'll be securely attached to your instructor at all times. The instructor will take care of all the important steps - the plane exit, parachute opening and the landing. All you need to do take a deep breath and enjoy the ride!
We'll start with a full safety briefing on the ground, and get you kitted out in your jumping gear (suit, harness, gloves, helmet & glasses).
Then, we head into the plane, and start the nerve-racking ascent to our jumping altitude. At this stage the adrenaline will be pumping as the big moment draws near! Suddenly the doors open, the air swirls and whooshes around the plane, and it's time make your way to the edge...then before you know it, you'll be plummeting earthwards, enjoying the mind-blowing sensation of your body in freefall!
At an altitude of around 1500m (4900ft) your instructor will deploy the chute and you'll begin the gentle journey back to terra firma. During the slow descent of around ten minutes, you'll enjoy superb views of Castilla La Mancha, with its endless plains, wheat fields, lakes and iconic windmills.
A true once in a lifetime experience!
If you'd like to take home a lasting memento of your jump you also have the option of adding photos and video - check out the example clip below!
If you book a video recording of your jump, a second instructor will film your adventure with a helmet camera, capturing your emotions and excitement at each step of the way, from the briefing and the plane journey through to the skydive itself. They’ll even record your post-jump reaction for posterity!
Your video will be professionally edited to include music, effects, fades and titles, creating an amazing, high quality memento of your jump. You will also be given a selection photos of your experience on CD, all in high resolution digital format, so you'll be able to enlarge then to any size you like.
Lillo Aerodrome, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Madrid by car.
Wear sports shoes (not mountain boots) and comfortable clothes. In winter wear gloves and a warm coat.
Adverse weather conditions can sometimes make skydiving impossible. If your jump is called off for bad weather, a new, alternative date will be offered.
