The participant must comply with the following at the time of the activity:
- The minimum age: 18 years.
- Not suitable for people with celiac disease, pregnant women, with cardiovascular problems, low blood pressure or recent surgeries.

- Cap is not necessary.
- Changing room, showers, gel, hair dryer, lockers and towel are provided.
- The bath in the barrels is 20 minutes, this duration is not exceeded in order for the treatment to be effective.
