First you will start the circuit designed to relax the body in the hydrothermal pool with different jets to relax the cervical and lumbar muscles. Later you will free yourself from daily thoughts in our bubbling jacuzzi. Next, you will take care of the skin with all the benefits that the Finnish sauna and the Turkish bath contrast their heat with the cryotherapy treatment, crushed ice fountain. In this way, you will activate blood circulation and you will take the opportunity to walk the boulder corridor providing a bithermal sensory massage also called: footbath. To give pleasure to all your senses you will end the Spa session in the aromatherapy shower.
You will take a break in the relax loungers to toast with a cava cocktail.
We will relieve back tension with a relaxing massage.
To complete this magnificent day, you will have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Check with us for availability and the possibility of changing dinner for lunch. The menu arose from the programming of each day.
