A via ferrata is an interesting vertical route designed to live an exciting sporting experience. It is a mix between climbing and hiking in which you ascend the rock, advance along metal steps, cross hanging bridges or slide down zip lines, always safely and full of adrenaline.
Our instructor will accompany you every step of the way, first he will receive you to give you the instructions and the necessary material and then he will guide you along the route in total safety.
As you advance you will be able to appreciate incredible views of the Sierra de Béjar in Salamanca and the Ambroz Valley in Cáceres, the route is located at about 1700 meters high and is composed of two segments of granitic rock separated by about 50 meters and a slope of 70 meters high.
The via ferrata have routes for all levels, from beginners to advanced. We offer you two options: the beginner level, a route with simple obstacles for those who have never done the activity and the medium level, which includes slightly more demanding obstacles and requires acceptable physical condition. You choose!

Special conditions
The participant must comply with the following when carrying out the activity:
- Do not suffer from any heart or bone ailment, dislocation of the upper or lower extremities, or spinal problems or suffer from epilepsy. The activity requires an acceptable physical condition
- Pregnant women are not allowed.
- The minimum age is 12 years old. Minors need written authorization from the father, mother or guardian, and be accompanied by one of them.
- The activity is carried out with a minimum number of 4 participants in the group.
Additional information
It is recommended to bring:
- Wearing casual, comfortable clothes appropriate for the season of the year.
- Mountain boot or shoes.
- Gloves, cap, sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Backpack and water.
Weather conditions
For safety reasons, sometimes the activity cannot be carried out on the due date due to bad weather conditions. If the activity cannot be started, an alternative date will be offered.
