How it Works
1. Choose
An experience from our catalogue. If you’re not sure which one to pick, check out our gift cards or multiexperience packs. Click on “add to cart” and follow the checkout steps. You can pay by either card, bizum or bank transfer.
2. Receive
Our gift voucher by email. We’ll send it straight to your inbox once your order has been completed.
3. Give
Your voucher to someone special (or maybe even to yourself!) And if your gift isn’t a total success? No problem! You can exchange it for any of the experiences in our catalogue, providing you haven’t already made a booking.
4. Book
The experience through us. Your gift voucher includes instructions on how to do this. You‘ll have 1 year to complete your experience, starting from the date of purchase.

EMOCIONCHEQUES
What will my gift voucher look like?
Your Emocionday gift voucher consists of a “cheque” featuring the name of the recipient and a personal message of your choosing. It includes all the information that person needs to make their booking. They’ll also receive a detailed description of the experience so that they know exactly what to expect from their gift.
We’ll send you the gift voucher via email. You can then print it and give it to the lucky recipient. Click here to see an example of a gift voucher.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose between four different payment methods:
1.- Payment with Visa o Mastercard.
2.- Payment with Bizum.
3.- Payment with Emocionday Gift Card.
4.- Payment via bank transfer or deposit. Our bank account details are as follows:

DELIVERY
How long will my gift voucher take to arrive?
You’ll receive your gift voucher by email in your inbox as soon as your order has been completed and paid by card, bizum or an Emocionday Gift Card. If you pay by bank transfer, the voucher will be sent on the first working day after we receive the transfer confirmation.
BOOKINGS
How do I book a date for my experience?
You can request a booking by clicking on the “Redeem a voucher” link on our website and filling in the form. You can also send us an email at info@emocionday.com or give us a call on +34 963810761 and we'll be happy to help.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Can I swap my experience for another?
If you (or the gift recipient) would like to exchange an experience and you haven't made a booking yet, no problem! Just get in touch with us before the voucher expires, and let us know which activity you want to choose. If the new experience costs less than the original, the remainder will be kept as credit in your account, which can be used for future purchases. If the new experience costs more, we will ask you to pay the difference.
REFUNDS
If you change your mind and want your money back, you have a period of 14 days to request a refund as long as you have not reserved a date to carry out the experience. We will refund the amount using the payment method you paid with.
EMOCIONCHEQUE EXPIRY AND EXTENSIONS
How long is my voucher valid for?
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
My voucher is about to expire. What can I do?
Please get in touch with us before your voucher expires and we will send you instructions for paying the 30€ extension fee (plus any increase in the price of the activity). Your voucher will then be extended for an additional six months. Please bear in mind that your voucher can only be extended once and that extensions are not possible once a voucher has expired.
GIFT CARD, HOW IT WORKS.
The gift card is a credit that you have with Emocionday. It has a 12 character code that must be entered on the payment page when making a purchase. It's value will be discounted from the total amount of the price of the experience that you want to acquire.
Here we explain step by step how to redeem your GIFT CARD:
1. Choose the desired experience and add it to the basket.
2. Indicate the name of the person who will carry out the experience.
3. Fill in the purchase form with your data.
4. In the last section you must enter the GIFT CARD code in the field where it says "Do you have a gift card?" and then you click on the APPLY button.
In this way, the credit will be deducted from the price. Once applied, you can check that it has been discounted in the order summary and thus make the payment.
