The Paella is a very well known and internationally recognized Valencian dish.
Now you have the opportunity to learn how to cook a delicious traditional paella, 100% Valencian.
We will start the experience by visiting the Algirós Market. You will get to see all the products they offer, all fresh, with great quality and directly brought from the Valencian orchards and, of course, we will show you the ingredients that will be used for making the paella.
Later, we will return to the school, which is located opposite the market, and where the apron awaits us with an appetizer of Spanish ham, and sangria to go with it. While we eat and get ready to cook, the chef will explain all the tricks and secrets to prepare the main dish: the traditional paella. Get ready and come eager because you will also learn how to make a Spanish omelette and one of the most delicious and traditional cakes of Valencia: the coca de llanda.
At the end, you will get to eat all the dishes that you've cooked. And we'll toast to how much fun we're having!
The experience takes place at the school in two shifts, morning or afternoon. It is important to bear in mind that the visit to the Algirós Market is only included when it is open: in the mornings from Monday to Saturday.
You will leave the school with a very good taste in your mouth, with a diploma certifying your attendance at the course and the recipes for paella and sangria.
Come and enjoy a quality and genuine paella made by you.
