The use of a bathing suit and flip-flops is mandatory in circuit activities.
Special conditions
The participant must comply with the following when carrying out the activity:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- NOT SUITABLE for: celiac, pregnant, with cardiovascular problems, low blood pressure or with recent surgeries.
Additional information
- A hat is not necessary.
- Availability of wardrobe, showers, gel, hairdryer, lockers and towel.
- The bath in the barrels should take 20 minutes, please do not exceed this duration for the correct treatment.

It really is not very different from a normal Spa where they can serve you a bottle of cava (you don't bathe in beer as such, but rather a mixture with the substances contained in the beer is added to the water), but the aromas it gives off, the having a tap of cold Alhambra beer at your disposal, and in general the whole atmosphere makes it a unique experience.Review
We did the massage first and then the Spa, and in my experience I think it's much better that way. (Posted on February 20, 2023)
