Share an adrenaline rush to remember with this tandem bridge swinging experience in Sant Sadurní d´Anoia, 50 km from Barcelona.
Bridge swinging involves jumping, pendulum style, from a bridge while securely attached to a climbing rope. Tandem mode is when two people make the jump together at the same time. The rush when you leap from the edge of the bridge into the void below is intense and seriously addictive.
The bridge has a height of 30 metres and the distance of the jump is 25 metres.
The experience starts with a safety briefing where we'll explain how to approach the jump and what to expect. Next one of our qualified instructors will get you both kitted out in harness and helmets and accompany you to the edge of the bridge for the big moment!
After the jump, you'll have a short period of swinging back and for under the bridge - a chance to get your breath back and take in the beautiful surroundings of the Catalan Pyrenees that form the perfect backdrop to this unique experience.
We also include the option to jump with a GoPro camera so you can record your jump.
Location
Saldes, 130km from Barcelona and 150km from Girona.
Season
Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Contact us to check availability.
Clothing
Wear sports shoes and comfortable clothes, which should be very warm (and ideally thermal) during winter.
Special conditions
- Not suitable for people with heart, bone or spinal conditions, or for people with epilepsy.
- Not suitable for pregnant women.
- There is no weight limit but the participant must be able to fit into the harness.
- Minimum age: 16. Minors must have written authorisation from the father, mother or guardian, and be accompanied by an adult.
Weather
In the event of bad weather the activity will be postponed and an alternative date offered.

I loved the experience. The instructor is very friendly and professional. It's a lovely place and the group was great. It takes me a couple hours to jump, but I didn't feel pressured at all, I was free to take my time and let others jump first. The instructor provided humor, conversation and psychological help if needed, I needed it haha. It helped me a lot to improve myself and I thank the instructor and the group.
